If you have not fully adjusted to your new lenses spectacles, we will provide a suitable alternative and refund any difference in price.
If within 90 days of you feel that you prefer another type of lens, we will provide a suitable alternative and refund any difference in price.
Should your frame or lenses be found to have a manufacturing defect during the first year after purchase we will repair or replace them free of charge (excludes normal wear and tear). Our fees include lifetime cleaning and aftercare, in order to maintain the comfort and fit of your spectacles.
If you do find exactly the same product selling for less at a registered optical retailer within a ten-mile radius, we will lower our price to match.
A formal written quotation must be supplied to enable us to price match.
