WE ARE OPEN AND CONTINUE PROVIDING EYE CARE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY, CURRENTLY OUR OPENING HOURS ARE BETWEEN 10-4PM AND AFTER THESE HOURS YOU CAN CONTACT US BY EMAIL.

We are happy to announce that , as per Government guideline, we are excited to re-open our practice on Monday 15 June 2020.
Our priority continues to be the safety of our patients, and that of our team.We have conducted a full risk assessment and we have put into place processes and hygiene measures to ensure that we have a safe environment and a robust protocal to safeguard you and our staff.
These measures include:
Deep cleaning of the practice on a daily basis
PPE, temperature checks every morning and regular hand washing for all our staff
Limiting the number of customers in the practice at any one time
Hand sanitiser available for you to use
New waiting area layout to enable social distancing
Perspex breath guards on equipment in our consulting rooms
Spectacle frame will be design fetched and cleaned after they have be tried on
Payment terminals cleaned after each use
In the first instance we will only see patients who require emergency or essential eyecare and we will therefore give priority to those with the greatest need. If you have noticed any changes in your vision, if you have a problem with your spectacles or contact lenses, or if you have concerns about your eye health then please contact us by phone, email or through our website. When you schedule an appointment we will ask you some routine questions regarding your health to ensure everyone's safety.
Please do not come to the practice if you or a family member has symptoms of Coronavirus.
We also request that you come in alone unless you require help or have young children.
For our contact lens wearers, supplies will continue as per normal. If you have spectacles on order, we will advise you when they are ready, and discuss the best time for collection.
