We are happy to announce that , as per Government guideline, we are excited to re-open our practice on Monday 15 June 2020.
Our priority continues to be the safety of our patients, and that of our team.We have conducted a full risk assessment and we have put into place processes and hygiene measures to ensure that we have a safe environment and a robust protocal to safeguard you and our staff.
These measures include:
In the first instance we will only see patients who require emergency or essential eyecare and we will therefore give priority to those with the greatest need. If you have noticed any changes in your vision, if you have a problem with your spectacles or contact lenses, or if you have concerns about your eye health then please contact us by phone, email or through our website. When you schedule an appointment we will ask you some routine questions regarding your health to ensure everyone's safety.
Please do not come to the practice if you or a family member has symptoms of Coronavirus.
We also request that you come in alone unless you require help or have young children.
For our contact lens wearers, supplies will continue as per normal. If you have spectacles on order, we will advise you when they are ready, and discuss the best time for collection.
Stay safe and thank you for your continued support.
